Do I need to visit your office?
You may be worried about taking time away from work to visit a solicitor, particularly if you commute into London. Usually, there is no need to have a face to face meeting to advise on a compromise agreement. As long as we see all the relevant paperwork, we should be able to easily deal with the matter by telephone.
To be able to assess any potential employment dispute and the compromise agreement we will need to see:
- The employment contract
- The compromise agreement
- Employment handbook
- All related documents for share schemes or other benefits
- All relevant correspondence whether by letter or e-mail.
If you live outside London we may be able to reimburse your travel expenses if you ask prior to instructing us.
